Maybe I’m bibulous, maybe I’m misguided.
But there is no fixed smile when I’m looking at you.
Needless to say I mope when I don’t care for you.
Come nestle up to me as a bird they’ve hated.
My house is just in flames and that’s a misgiving.
I’ve never been furtive, flabby what I’ve just been.
You’ve been my jaunty girl, and you’ve made me nervous,
I’ve neglected something and it gets me injured.
In the furthermost place, I will be missing you,
You may be miserly but I’ve been hustling you
into being my friend, you won’t drive me back then.
I won’t ever back off and I’ll withstand your pain.
No matter where you go, no matter whom you love.
I’ll shadow you all night; I’ll put them in the shade.
And you shackled me once, never drove me away.
And you’ve never hushed me; to me you’ve been so close.
I can see him walking alongside you all day.
Won’t turn my back on you, but I’m backing away
I don’t have a bad name but I am browbeaten
into saying goodbye to my one stick bay friend.
I don’t want this fateful, don’t want to draw this blank,
It’s like meeting my fate which is arousing things.
Feelings aren’t conspicuous but they allay my pain.
You’ll be my buxom friend today and till the end.
